The check-in process was frustratingly slow, filled with unnecessary explanations when all I wanted was my room after a long day of travel. The restaurant area felt quite stuffy, and despite having a lovely terrace, it was poorly organized with no clear service, leaving us confused and waiting. Additionally, the indifference of the restaurant staff was disappointing. they seemed disinterested in ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

The spacious family room provided all the comforts I needed after a day out exploring the local attractions like the National Museum of Namibia and Zoo Park, which were within easy reach.
