The check-in process was frustratingly slow, filled with unnecessary explanations when all I wanted was my room after a long day of travel. The restaurant area felt quite stuffy, and despite having a lovely terrace, it was poorly organized with no clear service, leaving us confused and waiting. Additionally, the indifference of the restaurant staff was disappointing. they seemed disinterested in ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

I traveled to Windhoek for a short sightseeing trip, and I was really impressed with the sweeping views from my room. The breakfast offered a fantastic spread, and it was great to start my day with a variety of options. The on-site restaurant had an excellent dinner menu with beautiful city views as well. The spacious family room provided all the comforts I needed after a day out exploring the local attractions like the National Museum of Namibia and Zoo Park, which were within easy reach.

The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic view of the city, and the made-to-order omelets were a delightful touch to start the day.
The air conditioning unit in my room was quite old and noisy, which affected my sleep quality.

Just a good pick for one night in Windhoek with extraordinarily good value for money. The view from the terrace was amazing with icy cold beer. Make sure to ask for Nicky—he's a great waiter!

Perfect for groups looking for a relaxed stay
The restaurant's views are fine, especially during sunset. We also enjoyed the large, comfortable room with plenty of natural light.
It wasn't the cheapest option around, but the value was acceptable.
